We at Peekaboo do everything we can to describe our products in every detail possible in order to make a true reflection on the image and condition of our products. However, due to the nature of shopping vintage clothing online, we understand that you might not always be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, we are happy to make a full refund on any item purchased at Peekaboo vintage providing the following:
- The item(s) are returned to us with the 'do not remove' tag still attached. Please do not remove the tag to try on items. If this tag is removed or re-attached we cannot make any refunds.
- The item(s) must be returned to us within seven days of receiving them. You will receive your item(s) by recorded delivery and, if you wish to return it, it must be received within seven days after signing for it. Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Peekaboo vintage cannot refund the cost of postage. It is recommended that when returning items to Peekaboo Vintage you use recorded mail as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received with the 'do not remove' tag, still attached.
- If you pass the 7 days return time you will be offered another 21 days for an exchange only. After the 28 days has passed the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Goods bought online cannot be refunded at any other retail outlets selling the Peekaboo Vintage label.
