We at peekaboo do everything we can to describe our products in every detail possible in order to make a true reflection on the image and condition of our products. however, due to the nature of shopping online, we understand that you might not always be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, we are happy to offer a full refund on any item purchased on peekaboo sustainable marketplace providing the following:
- We kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of delivery if you would like a refund. Please note any original delivery costs will not be refunded.
- The item(s) are returned to us with the 'do not remove' tag still attached (where applicable on items of clothing). Please do not remove the tag to try on items. If this tag is removed or re-attached we cannot offer any refunds.
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Online returns should be sent directly back to the seller from which they were purchased.
- All items must be sent back to sellers in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and jewellery boxes should be included in your return.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if notification of a refund request is not submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item(s) must be returned to the seller within 14 days of requesting a refund. Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Peekaboo cannot refund the cost of postage. It is recommended that when returning items you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
- If you exceed 14 days from delivery to requesting a return, an exchange may be offered at the discretion of the seller. After 28 days have passed the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Goods purchased online at Peekaboo cannot be refunded at any other retail outlets.
- We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on items that have been made to order, or personalised.
To return an item please contact us as soon possible at email@example.com We will then email you to confirm the address that your item(s) need to be returned to.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with the seller to make it right.
